Purchased a brand new 2025 Acadia called for simple first oil change. They were a week or more out. Getting my oil changed at Jim Turner Chevrolet. Seems a little odd. Might want to hire some more technicians.
Had some work done on a 2023 Chevy truck, no problem with the work that was done. Probably came afterwards my information was put out on the internet I received a phone call guy stated he got my information off of a tic toc video. I have spoke with a representative of the car dealership since it appears that they want to down play the situation , service manager stated they got a attorney if I wanted to take it farther so good luck when dealing with them
I selected Richard Karr Collision center because their rating was so high. My Ram pickup had been rear ended back in April 2023 by a local cable company vehicle. Richard Karr scheduled my appointment to complete my repairs in 6 to 8 weeks, or specifically the 27th of June. The young lady that scheduled me told me due to recent hail damage of already scheduled vehicles that were ahead of me. Longer delay than I expected but I agreed. All information about my repairs had been sent to repair shop I assume to order parts, but they knew my repair was small. My repair was less than $1,600 as stated by insurance company unless other issues were found. Everything was scheduled, rental car, etc…. Exactly one day before I was to finally deliver my truck for repairs I get a call from Karr’s receptionist stating that I was being bumped and rescheduled for August but they would try and get me in by end of July due to more recent hail damage claims. I told her that was not acceptable and a terrible way to do business after I had already waited 7 to 8 weeks for the repairs. I told her I would get repairs completed somewhere else and she said great. My opinion of Richard Karr Collision Center is if you have a small less expensive repair you will get continually pushed to the back of the line for more profitable claims. Have no idea how the shop rates but the office lies and cares nothing about a customers time or inconvenience. Because of this experience I will never do business with Richard Karr or any of its operation and would never recommend them to anyone.
Worst service I have ever received. Took them 5 days before they even looked at my car, did not update me till I called them, then tried to charge me for something that they supposedly had fixed one month earlier. They finally said they had fixed it and I pick it up and within a few hours notice the problem is still there. Take it back assuming of course they will fix their error and they try to charge me to fix it again.
I am so disappointed with my 2011 Cadillac bought it July 28 2020 . I used my extended warranty out by taking it to shop.Now a blowing engine .no one will help me it cost ten thousand to replace the engine . Hello I live paycheck to paycheck

the truck has been in their service department at least 10 times since October for the SAME issue. they turn the light off and say it's fixed and then same issue, all this while under warranty. Call Mike Lee in the service department who tells us to take it somewhere else. truck goes some where else and they are able to quickly find the issue. speak to Mr. Goff because why should we pay for something that they could have fixed months ago because it's been the same issue continuously? jump through hoops last week and today, no one is willing to pay for the problem that their mechanics could have fixed MONTHS ago. no more GMC products and def do NOT recommend this dealership or service department

The lovely professional at the front desk, my salesperson, Jennifer Twitty, the GM Richard Gough and their Service Department Director, Mike Lee all were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me. I will recommend them to everyone that I know. I feel like I made new friends and purchased a vehicle from wonderful, honest people.
Working with Todd made our purchase very easy. Did not feel pressured into buying. I had sought out on the Internet the car and what I wanted in it. Todd was quick to answer my questions prior to coming to the dealership.

Have had body work done at the collision center about a year ago, and recently purchased a used vehicle. Both experiences were outstanding and better than expected. They have some great employees. Car purchase was fair and relatively haggle free. Highly recommended!!
Richard Karr is the only place I will go for any repairs for my Buick. The entire Sales and Service team is very friendly and professional. My tire and battery were replaced under warranty without any hassles, they take care of everything so that you don’t have to worry about anything.
They took time to tell me everything, help me understand it, get me home while they fixed it, and I live in McAllen Texas! They deserve the JD Power Award in my book. There the Best!!:)
