Richard Karr Motor’s Response to COVID-19 for Waco-Area Communities

The entire staff at Richard Karr Buick GMC shares your concern about the COVID-19 virus. We want you to know that your safety and the safety of our team is our priority. We have taken the following action to alleviate any concerns that you may have about visiting our dealership.
- We have contracted with local experts to fog and clean all of our front areas and employee offices with Micro-Biostatic Surface Protection. All touchable surfaces in our dealership will be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis including customer lounges, countertops, doors, door handles office desks, chairs, and walls. The active ingredient in the coating disinfects all surfaces but is harmless to people or animals.
- We have greatly increased the frequency of disinfecting and cleaning of all our public areas (including door handles and all touchable surfaces) with the most effective disinfectant available.
- We have antibacterial hand sanitizers throughout the dealership. All of our employees are washing their hands and using antibacterial hand sanitizers frequently.
- We will follow CDC social distancing guidelines to comply in and around our dealership.
- While we are symptom-free, no employee with even the slightest sign of sickness will be allowed to come to work until they follow the quarantine steps as suggested by the CDC.

Service employees will use plastic covers not only on your steering wheel and vehicle seats to protect our customers and our employees.
Richard Karr Buick GMC has implemented a zero contact policy. Firm handshakes are part of our culture but will be postponed until the proper time.

Buy Online – We will deliver the vehicle and paperwork to your door and finalize the sale at your home or business.
